Ltd., Established in 2006, Is one of the finest integrated logistics solution provider company offering a wide range of servicesincluding customs clearance for both imports and exports by sea and air, personal baggage,hazardous and chemical cargo, freight forwarding of internationalcargo,hazardous cargo,over-dimensional cargo,break bulk cargo and undertaking import export formalities, as a ONE-POINT logistics solutions to our valuable clients.

Our company classified as Non-govtCompany and is registered at Registrar of Companies, under the Companies Act, 2013, Hyderabad. Our service is in terms of Ex-works, FCA,FOB, CIF, C&F, to pick cargoes from the factories/warehouse and ensures safe transportation of the product to the end destination with due compliance with all customs formalities and inspectionservices. We are specialised in offering door-to-door services for USA sectors. We carry and deliver goods with care. Our Company undertakes itsbusiness operations considering the following environmental, societal and governance- relatedaspects.

Environment

Environmental sustainability is an ethical and commercial imperative. Managing our carbon footprint goes hand in hand with the strategic necessity to operate efficiently. Our commitment to tackling climate change at a corporate level is fundamental to our strategic objectives.

  • We consider creating a positive impact through all its processes as its prime duty, the Company’s business model recognises the impact of its operations on the environment due to the usage of natural resources and disposal of waste.
  • We are commited to the adoption of enviornment-freindly business practices for the movement of materials/prodcuts from the place of manufacture to the place of consumption whether in India or aborad throught the network fo rail, road,waterways , sea and air.
  • We minimised the usage of plastic covers and replace by paper covers which endeavours to reduce any adverse impact on the environment by conducting its operations in a sustainable manner.
  • We are committed to continuously reducing the footprint of impact on the environment and natural resources by its own actions and engagement with its employees, clients, partners, contractors, sub-contractors, transporters, carriers , third party labour etc.,
  • We committed to utilisation of water and energy efficiently without wasting it anywhere
  • We continuously works on integrating technology into all its value chain beginning with the booking order and ending with the delivery of orders, across geographies.
  • We , Wherever possible group cargoes together to limit the number of single cargo shipments
  • We efficiently use shipping cradles and lifting/lashing equipment by utilizing warehouse space worldwide to avoid unnecessary shipping/transport of such equipment and moving the equipment as group packages when possible.
  • We committed to adoption of digitaland reduce paper consumption by further developing bespoke operating systems, we encourage our customers for e-invoicing.
  • We Wherever possible reuse packing cases and packing materials and elements such as case fittings and foam from packing cases are recycled.

Measurement and Reporting

This Policy applies to all M/S. NUCLEUS SHIPPING COMPANY PVT.LTD., operations, employees, contractors and working partners and would be reviewed by the board at least annually to ensure it is effective in line with Company policies.
